Falmouth Aquarium.

Falmouth Lifeboat Museum

A fantastic place to visit, the Falmouth lifeboat museum is steeped in history. Look in awe at the 50 Metre drop the lifeboat would travel down in an emergency and at the various tools, pictures and stories of real rescues. Suitable for all the family, this is a fantastic place to visit to pick up some of the local history. Pendennis Castle

Built in the 16th century, Pendennis Castle is an amazing historical site. With interactive exhibits, amazing sweeping views and a fun day out for the whole family, this is definitely a place worth visiting. The castle often hosts events throughout the year, gives guided tours around the castle about the history of the castle and has many interactive exhibits for you to get up close and personal with this castles rich history. Raze the Roof

With dozens of activities to keep the kids entertained, this is the perfect place to let the little ones blow off some steam. Royal Cornwall Museum

This fantastic museum is worth the visit. With a huge range of exhibits from an unwrapped mummy to an extensive collection of historical Cornish artifacts, this museum is full of culture and history. The museum also has British Museum supported, Ancient Greek, Roman and Egyptian permanent exhibitions, along with a collection of rare ceramics, a world-renowned mineral collection and exceptional art on display. Rock Pooling at Castle Beach

Situated near to Pendennis castle, this is the perfect place to catch a few sun rays whilst the kids have a play. At low tide, thanks to its rocky features, this is the perfect beach to go rock pooling and discover the amazing creatures that live in and around the sea.

It’s worth remembering, Castle Beach can be completely covered at high tide, so watch the water.
